Jewelry Care
When given the right care, our paper pieces are made to last. Many of our product are made from paper and coated with a water resistant varnish that will protect each item. Please make note of the following care tips:- Avoid exposure to water, oils, and perfumes, and other chemicals.
- Store in a dry and dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Clean your jewelry occasionally to remove any lotions or oils or dirt that can dull it's appearance. Paper charms and components can be wiped gently with a microfiber cloth.
- Handle with care, remove jewelry before engaging in strenuous activities to avoid scratches or getting caught
Material Information
Our jewelry materials range from gold fill and gold plated components and are made from hypoallergenic materials that are lead and nickel free. For our paper components we use a range of Japanese chiyogami and origami paper, to our own handmade paper made from our scraps. Jewelry components are also coated with an acrylic varnish that will make your jewelry water resistant.
